I have coloured her and added the sentiment and background (from Create with TLC)
in Photoshop CS3.
The flower embellishments have been created with flower punches and the crochet button flower has been made for me by a very dear sistern in law. and the bling, design papers are from my stash. The flower sprays and corners have been created with punches.
