I have used this cute girl called ROSETTA, created by the talented Mi Ran.  She looks so graceful and at peace in her gorgeous rose garden. Do yourself a favour and hop over to Mi Ran's Etsy shop and check out her awesome digi creations, here. You can purchase ROSETTA here.

The lovely, very talented and super generous BRENDA has shared the tutorial for this card fold here.  I have adapted it a bit and just centred an A4 white cardstock sheet (without cutting anything away from the A4) onto my craft mat with a 10cm panel in the middle and scored the 10cm panel on either side.  The I just folded each side on the scored line and then folded each side in half again.  I made a pencil mark at the centre of the 10cm panel and score diagonally from that point and the top of the left and right folds so they meet centrally at the bottom at a 5cm measurement. 

The image has been coloured with Copics. The sentiment is from Paulette {Create with TLC} . The design papers and bling are from my stash.  The folded corner embellies have been created with circle punches.
