This week's Design Team project over at Dutch Dare is 'scalloped edges somewhere on your card' and seeing that Laura's sketch #14 at 2S4Y also has a scalloped edge as part of the design, the sketch got me going to create my DT project for Dutch Dare. And then this creation also qualify for this week's ABC Challenge which is T is for THREE.
I think this is the first time I have used this specific tree stamp on a card creation. The stamp was inked up with charcoal dye ink, stamped three times and cut each image was then cut out with Doing Life's circle template. My H2O's were put to the test again for colouring the images. The patterned cardstock is once again from one of the ranges of Basic Grey and all the plain cardstock are from ColorMates. Flowers and buttons were from my personal stash. The sentiments are clear stickers from Creative Memories and the white rub-ons from Scrapbook King.
Must say this olive green and charcoal colour combo is becoming one of my favourites. Once again don't forget to visit these two challenge blogs and feast your eyes on the DT members' creations. Thank you for taking the time stop by and have a look.
