At last I have completed Enrico and Angelique Nells' wedding album with this front page to the album. The sketch of the Anglican Church in Uitenhage has been downloaded from the internet, resized and printed onto white cardstock with an inkjet printer. The hearts were stamped with a Chiswick acrylic hearts stamp set. The Greatest Love circle was also stamped with acrylic stamps. The cardstock are Basic Grey (for the background) and FabScraps for the various mounting. Also used some Scrapbook King white rub-ons here and there. Now I just have to mosaic an album box with lid for the album.
I am also entering this layout for the following challenges:
Feeling quite sad as the little wagtails have both fledged the nest on Tuesday, 10 November. These photos were taken the Monday afternoon, just before they settled in for their final night in the nest.
Now I am just praying that the next door cat won't be on the prowl whilst they build up their strength.

ReplyDeleteWow Desire, some really cool touches there in your layout. Love the circle love stamp, the metal bling & the distressed hearts. Sure they will be absolutely delighted with that commission & can't wait to see the mosaic box. I have a friend here that doesn't scrap but has enquired from me about making an album for her daughter (her fist year) but I am not keen to do it - too behind on all my kids albums, so please could you let me know if you would be interested & what you charge/include/etc & if you have any time (she would probably only want it done early next year what with Christmas expenses) then I can relay the information to her. She doesn't scrap at all & doesn't want to start as she says she is not creative enough. Thanks D. The birdies are too cute - hope they stay safe ;-D

Whjat a stunning layout and the black and white is very effective. I love the church really adds something special. The baby wagtails are too cute and it has been really special that you have been able to photograph and share their growth with us. I have always said you take stunning pictures - awesome.
