The week of 12 March's challenge over at ITSF is a colour inspiration and here it is:
Below is my interpretation of the colour challenge. Once again I used my adorable little House Mouse stamp. Friendship is a rub-on from my stash and the work Cherish is a word sticker. The backdrop was done via iris folding. Please take the time and visit ITSF to have a look at my fellow DT members' beautiful creations.
I am so looking forward to the long weekend as it is going to be an extra special long weekend with my dear friend Michelle visiting us here in Gauteng again. We are going to walk the 21.1km (half marathon) race at Hartbeespoort Dam on Saturday. I have managed to really pull hard at Michelle's rubber arm to do it with me. We are probably going to be very sore afterwards as both of us haven't walked this distance for quite some time. And of course, needless to say, some scrapping issues will also take place during the weekend. Thanks for taking the time to stop by once again.
It's a cool and awesome friendship card. Thanks for sharing :o)

I think your card is beautiful - I really love the paper folding with the lacy paper. I am very jealous of the fellowship you and Michelle will be having this weekend - would love to be there but would hate to do the walk!!! All the best and enjoy yourselves thoroughly.

ReplyDeleteStunning card and was even better seeing it in real life. Yes, my rubber arm got seriously twisted, but what an awesome walk and we both did such great times considering we have not been training for that distance. Thanks for the twist Desire and also for a most stunning week-end!! Visiting you is definitely soul thereapy.
