{GDT Project Eureka Stamps: Challenge #6}
{WARNING: This is a lengthy post, once again, including a paper folding Tutorial ... so make yourself a cuppa, sit back and enjoy the ride!}
What a surprise when Tina (Crafty and Green) from Eureka Stamps contacted me to enquire whether I would be prepared to be Eureka Stamps' very first Guest Designer. It was a bit short notice, but I gladly accepted the challenge. Tina emailed me some fabulous Eureka digi stamps to choose from. My selection was this gorgeous pumpkin country scene which I thought suited the challenge theme of 'Colours of Autumn' perfectly. You can find this digi here.
I created an easel card and once again I coloured the image with H2O's and dry chalks, then I fussy cut around the image and did some faux stitching around the edges. The green designer paper are from BasicGrey. The sentiment was a free digi from Desert Diva. I have done a tutorial for the circle embellishments and you can find it a bit lower down in this post.

So hop on over to Eureka Stamps' Challenge Blog and link your 'Colours of Autumn' creation to Challenge #6.
... and here's the tutorial for the Folded Circle Embellishment:
I would love to hear from you, should you try your hand at this.
Once again, I am trying my luck at the following challenges:
... and here's the tutorial for the Folded Circle Embellishment:
STEP 1
I have used a 1.5" circle punch. Punch-out 5 circles
STEP 2
Fold 4 circles in half
STEP 3
Fold the semi-circles into quarter-circles
STEP 3
Open up the folded circles
STEP 4
Push the sides in as follows
STEP 5
Fold the top quarter back onto itself as follows:
STEP 6
In the edges of the quarter-circles and full circle
STEP 7
Apply glue to the full circle and mount one quarter-circle onto it
STEP 8
Mount a second quarter-circle onto the full circle
STEP 9
Mount a third quarter-circle onto the full circle
STEP 10
Mount the fourth quarter-circle onto the full circle
STEP 11
Punch out a slightly bigger circle (like the green one here) and mount your 3D Circle onto it
Finish off with embellishments of your choice
I would love to hear from you, should you try your hand at this.
