{DT Project Tammy's Scrapin Corner: Challenge #52}

Thank you to everyone's well wishes for hubby's Comrades training. Due to all the serious training he has been putting in for Comrades his is of course more susceptible to catching bugs.  He has been sniffing since Thursday last week en has got a serious cold. He had to put off running a 32km road race on Saturday, rather safe than sorry.  You can read more about the race here.  

On the other hand I am in serious overdrive finalising last minute prepping for my {Doing Life's} stand at Hobby-X (the biggest annual craft fare in South Africa) commencing this Thursday and running through to Sunday.  The South African postal service has been on strike since 12 February, and some of my stock for Hobby-X that was ordered from out of town, has been caught up in the postal service's backlog.  So I had to place a double order for some items, so that my dear friend Michelle (who is assisting me at Hobby-X) can fly up with it when she comes this Wednesday evening.  At least I should have sufficient stock of these items for the rest of the year lol.


This week our theme for Challenge #52 at Tammy's Scrapin Corner  is Red+Green+Ribbon.  I used the Bribery Goes Far image from QKR.  You can purchase the image here. The sentiment is a freebie from Lisa D and you can get it here.  

Yet another centre stepper, my happy design.  The image has been coloured with H2O water colour pencils and highlights have been done with a white gel pen.  The green design paper is from BasicGrey not sure where the other design papers are from. The flowers, buttons and ribbon are from my stash and the pearl embellies are from Blueberry Bear.
