Another centre step design.  The image has been coloured with Copics and the flowers created with a Fold It Swirls template.  The bling is from my stash and the design papers from We R Memory Keepers (Antique Chic).  The sentiment is a freebie from the talented and generous Sharon (A Piece of Heart).
