Another Centre Step design. I tried to create a monochromatic blue design. I used H2O pencils and a white gel pen to get a softer colouring effect.  The wonderful versatile sentiments are from CREATE WITH TLC and you can purchase this set which has seven different sentiments in it here.  The buttons are from my stash and the bling was part of some candy I won from the lovely Annie.
