Here is my creation using this awesome Create with TLC FLOWERS AND BUTTERFLIES VINTAGE image as as a background to one of Create with TLC's beautiful sentiments.   The design papers are from Basic Grey and the bling from my stash.  I have used dry chalks to shade around the image which I have printed in colour.  The embellishments has been created by folding circle punch-outs.
