ELEGANCE {Create with TLC}

Another Centre Step design. I tried to create a retro vintage look with this beautiful ELEGANCE image and sentiment which is both in the same set.

I used Copics and dry chalks for the colouring.  the folded circle embellishments were created by folding circle punch-outs.  Here is a tutorial elsewhere on my blog for these.  The design paper is from BasicGrey and the buttons, brads and raffia is from my stash.  The flourishes have been stamped with Chiswick Acrylic stamps.
