I have used this cute little girl created by the talented Mi Ran. She looks already for the cold weather. Do yourself a favour and hop over to Mi Ran's Etsy shop and check out her awesome digi creations, here. You can purchase her here.
The image has been coloured with Derwent H2O water colour pencils and a pencil blender which I have used for the first time. I have also used a white paint marker for the white highlights. The sentiment is from Paulette {Create with TLC} and can be purchased here. The tree embellishments have been created with folded tag punches. the design papers are from Fabscrabs and BoBunny. The bling and buttons are from my stash.
Tutorial for folding the tiers for the trees. These can also be used as corner embellishments:
Thank you so much to the wonderful loving comments you always leave for me.

Your card is lovely. The image is so cute and I love the stacked corners Christmas trees. That was a great idea of using the punch for corners. Thank you for sharing with us.
ReplyDeleteCould she be any happier in her little pine forest heaven, Desire? I think not - love the little Christmasy touch of the ruby red jewels on the pines. You always combine those interesting "African" motif papers (or perhaps they are merely geometric reminding me of Africa?) - but you always do a great job combining them to create interesting visual effects. Those buttons are amazing! Thanks for the tut, too! xo
