{Digi Stamps 4 Joy DS4J: DT Project Challenge #107}

Another design team project for our current challenge over at DS4J's challenge blog. The theme for this fortnight is ADD GLITTER.

I have used the following image from DigiStamps4Joy:

The image has been coloured with Copics.  The sentiment is from CREATE WITH TLC.  The design papers and bling are from my stash.  The folded embellishment has been created with circle and flower punches.
