Another design team project for our current challenge over at DS4J's challenge blog. The theme for this fortnight is Celebrate Something New.

I have used the following image from DigiStamps4Joy:

The image has been coloured with Copics.  The sentiment is from CREATE WITH TLC.  The design papers, bling, ribbon and buttons are from my stash.  The folded embellishment has been created with folded paper squares.
