I have used this fun and quirky image from Dr Digi which you can purchase here.  The sentiments are from Paulette from CREATE WITH TLC.

He is pre-coloured and I chalked the sentiments.  The circle embellishments have been created with circle punches.  The buttons and papers are from my stash.
