Just another Card using this adorable little girl and boy from MY BESTIES which you can purchase here
The brads and design papers are from my stash. The pinwheels have been created with scallop square and circle punches (see tutorial below). The folded corners at the top has also been created with a scallop square punch. The sentiment is also CREATE WITH TLC. I have used dry chalks to chalk around the image.
... and here is the tutorial for the pinwheels (I have made single pinwheels for my cards and the tutorial is for a double pinwheel. Used a 2" scallop square punch, but you can really use any size scallop square punch:
