Design Team Project for  DS4J's challenge blog. 
The theme for this month is
ANYTHING GOES + OPTIONAL TWIST USE A BUNTING and/or WASHI TAPE

I have used this pre-coloured image called FAIRY WISHES which you can purchase here.

The beautiful sentiment is from CREATE WITH TLC.  The design papers, jewel stones, hearts and brad are from my stash.  The flower has been made with a flower punch and the crochet center has been made for my again by a very special friend.
