Here is a card using one of Create with TLC's
wonderful sentiments.

... and here is the Create with TLC Sentiment, I used on my card to which I added the 'Happy Birthday Theo' in Photoshop. 

Just click on the sentiment first to open up in a new window, then right click on it and save it to your computer.  Hope you will also have fun with it.
