{DT Project Tammy's Scrapin Corner: Challenge #35}
{WARNING.... Extra loooong post ... you will perhaps need a cuppa ....}
Our recent trip to the friendly/windy city of Port Elizabeth, in the Eastern Cape, South Africa, was a lovely change of scenery. It was great to be back in the beautiful scenic area where I spent most of my childhood years. We had a seriously bumpy 2 hour flight to PE and the landing was not comfortable at all with the plain still rocking and rolling seconds before landing. The passengers were so relieved to be safe on the ground that everyone broke into loud applause for the pilot. The 50 knot strong head on wind was also not helping at all. The aftermath of serious flooding - 11-days of non-stop heavy rain, was evident everywhere.
My guest teaching at a 2-day scrap scrapbooking event in the countryside went well with the ladies really making me feel welcome. Taking the wedding pics at a family wedding also in the beautiful scenic countryside of Blue Horizon Bay, went well - see some pics below.
But onto my card .... This week our theme for Challenge #35 at Tammy's Scrapin Corner is Anything Fall. I used the 5 Robins in Winter image from A Day for Daisies. You can find it here. Love this scenic image.

So now you really have to hold onto your seats - its another centre stepper card, I left the image uncoloured and printed it onto light blue cardstock. I tried to keep it masculine - you know how hard it is to create cards for men, so its best to grab every opportunity when the mojo is on a roll. Below is also a little tutorial for the quarter-fold circle embellishments.
I really do hope you will play along with our Anything Fall challenge this week at Tammy's Scrapin Corner.
Here are some of the wedding pics I took at the family wedding referred to above:
